Cannot Login

    Login screen is completely blank. Removed the .htaccess from root (put the old one back), removed the .htaccess from my sub directory and removed .htaccess from wp-admin. I don’t know how someone can restore the .htaccess files when you can’t even login?? I just want this OFF my site. Please tell me how to do that.

    I get so frustrated when plugins just don’t work. This was a fresh install on a new host and two plugins were activated. Askismet and WordPress Importer. I made a backup of my site but what good does that do when I can’t login?

    Wow–this is really exciting now. When I go to my site, I am automatically logged into the Dashboard. Security has gone to heck now–anyone can access my website. Well, maybe not–it shows the my site in View Page mode but if I try to go to the Dashboard, it reverts back to the blank screen.

    Can I just delete the plugin from the plugins folder. Then do I have to install WordPress? What fun.

    This was not resolved with any information provided by BPS. I was able to remove the plugin but only by searching www.remarpro.com for steps to remove a plugin.

    There is no need to post this over and over again in several different places and also continuing to send me further emails. I get the point – you had difficulty removing BPS. I am glad you figured this out and I am sorry that this was so difficult for you. The link I posted for you should have made it very easy and simple for you to accomplish removing the BPS plugin. Thank you.

    There was a mixup regarding the plugin causing the issue/problem. These issues/problems are caused by the Better WP Security plugin and not the BulletProof Security plugin.
