cannot log into wp dashboard / theme no longer present

i’ve been working on my new website (https://steppieclothing.com/wp), and had everything working. theme was successfully loaded, and i was simply tweeking with the content.

one morning i woke up, and my website had all the content, but no longer had its formatting. i tried logging into my wordpress dashboard (https://steppieclothing.com/wp/login.php), put in my username and password, but then it redirected to (https://steppieclothing.com/login.php) and a “Page Not Found” error shows up with the following information:

i’m not sure why this is happening since the day before, everything was working fine. i’m not sure if it’s a problem with the wordpress installation, or if its a confusion because all my content is on steppieclothing.com/wp/ and not steppieclothing.com

this is my first time putting together an html site, so it’s all very foreign to me. everything was going in a right direction, however, until now.
