Cannot log into support

I had to make this current account in order to access wordpress support at all, but I have a paid business plan on a different account, and any attempts to log into either the forums or the actual customer support tells me I have an invalid password. Does anyone know why this happening? I’m even copy pasting the login information from the same source, and it lets me log into the editing page but not the forums or support.
