Cannot log into site and website is down

I was writing a post earlier this afternoon and my computer froze and after recovering it said the connection was lost. I closed the window and put in the log in details to my site and it would not load. I then typed in my website address https://www.foreveryoursbetty.com and that also would not load.

I am not very ‘techie’ so I am lost as to what to do!

Someone please help!
