cannot log into my site

  • I created my site using the wordpress software in Just Host. It was running fine. I tried to install a security seal. The seal installed, however the entire right column disappeared with my list of articles and my sign in to manage my site.

    I am completely unable to log into my site. Just Host cannot help me. I have tried logging in with my site name and cpanel, but it goes to the just host site panel. Apparently, when I loaded the seal, I must have deleted any way to get into my site.

    I need to get there, and then take the seal off, and reinstall my article list AND my log in to get into the site over and over. I really need some help.

  • Hi Kay,

    By “security seal” you mean “SSL Certificate” right?

    Ask your host to remove your SSL Certificate to see if that helps with your login issue, then have them apply it again ??

    No, it was a Secure Lock seal that I installed. No one can get into the site to change it. As I said, the log in is gone. Thanks for the effort.
