Cannot log into my blog….

Have you tried:

– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin?

– re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

If I reinstall WordPress will I loose the information that is already there?

If you reinstall wp-admin and wp-includes folders with fresh copy then it will not loose the data. But make sure that you take complete backup before make any change to your blog.
