Cannot log into my admin site

Hey,
so, I tried to log into my admin page this morning and got the following message “You have been locked out due to too many invalid login attempts.” I am not sure what happened because I haven’t logged in at all in the past, say 14 plus hours and I never even had a wrong login. How can I access my site again?
Any help (for someone who is pretty much a newbie at all this…) would be appreciated, thanks!
