Cannot log into my admin page

  • Trying to set up a new business. I logged into the site this morning – no problems. Tried this evening and nothing – page just keep loading then it says:
    “This webpage is not available

    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”
    There is no issue with my host. I phoned them today. But I have seen a few threads from other people saying they cannot log into their admnin pages either.
    Tried clearing caches on all browsers – Still not working.
    I’m not technical minded so I am at a loss as to how to access my account – but it has left me worried about what will happen once the business is up and running.
