Cannot log into Levelfour storefront plug-in

Up until Friday Nov. 8th everything was working fine. Saturday Nov. 9th I tried to log into my Levelfour storefront admin console and found I could not. It gave an error netconnection.call.failed. However, everything on my website works and you can still order products but I cannot get in to make any changes. I have some products that are discontinued and can’t get in to remove them. I have contacted Levelfour storefront and after looking into it he says there is a problem with a communication link.https://www.thesorcererstower.com/wp-content/plugins/levelfourstorefront/flashservices/test.html

this url should show some text and a message, but I get a 404 not found. I logged into yoru FTP account and can see it there, so not sure why it doesn’t pull up correctly?
I have been back and forth with my Host with no success.
