• I created this account because I cannot log into my other/ older account which I’m trying to gain access to. I went to the reset password screen and entered my email but I never received the reset email. I don’t have a website set up through this account.

    Why doesn’t www.remarpro.com have a support email? Their social media pages (Twitter and Facebook) don’t allow messaging. There’s no one to contact to help resolve this issue.

    What options do I have? Does anyone know how I can contact www.remarpro.com about my account? There support page asks for transaction ID, or billing info to verify you but I didn’t do any of that when I signed up 5 years ago. I see my profile is still up because of the forum posts I made years ago.

    Do you mean your account here in the forums or on your website?

    That doesn’t sound like us or a self-hosted website.

    What is that old ID? Contact [email protected] for help recovering it.

    Yes, my account for the forums. I never receive the password reset email after clicking the “forgot password” link.

    Those questions about the I.D/ billing info were asked for wordpress.com, not www.remarpro.com. My mistake. I’ve been searching for hours to gain access to my account on here that I’m getting confused between sites.

    I will email the contact you mentioned. Hopefully, I receive a response as there is information linked on my account that’s linked to my website that I need removed.

    @sterndata Is there any other option to move this process along? Possibly another email to contact?? I sent an email to the address you provided but haven’t gotten a response.

    I did end up receiving two password resets to the email of the account I’m trying to access. But when I clicked them, I got invalid link and asked me to enter my email in again to receive a reset. So the cycle continues, I enter my email, page says they sent a reset link, and I never receive it. I also checked my junk folder but it didn’t get filtered into there.

    Do not use disposable emails in these forums. Using one of those will guarantee that your account here will get banned. There are no exceptions.

    Temporary emails are used for spam and harassment, use a reputable email provider and you will not get banned.

    Your current account signed up with this www.remarpro.com forum account using a disposable email and that’s not allowed. Those get bulk banned when found and I’m banning your @jackolsen account as well for that reason.

    If your other account used a legitimate email address provider then send the account details, send the forum user ID and email and a link to this thread to the email address that Steve provide.

    That email address, like these forums is staffed by volunteers. Your email will get answered but you will have to be patient.

    And if you’re still having problems, email all relevant information directly to me. I’m Otto at WordPress org, and I’ll look into it for you. Include everything you can think of. Email addresses, URLs, etc. Even copies of emails you get. The more info I have, the better I can sort thru the issues.
