Cannot log in to WP Admin site/dashboard – no forgot password option

I started a new site a month ago and, for some reason, I am locked out of my WP Admin and cannot access the dashboard.

As my site is under construction, viewers are directed to this landing page: https://apartmentharvest.com/

I’ve been trying to log in using the Admin Login button on the landing page which takes me to this page: https://apartmentharvest.com/wp-login.php

The error message is: “The password for kelsbelles02 is incorrect”. However, there is no option to request a password reset. Is there supposed to be a “Forgot password” link by default, or is that something I need to set up?

I intentionally used the same log in credentials for my WP Admin log in as my www.remarpro.com log in to avoid confusion, so I know that I am entering the password and username correctly. Since starting my site, I have logged in successfully twice using these credentials, so I’m wondering if there is something wrong on the back-end.

I am running the latest version of WordPress 5.3 and have not installed any themes yet. The only plug-ins I installed were some basic security plug-ins; unfortunately I do not recall the names. I cleared my cache and cookies and restarted my computer already.

I have zero experience with website maintenance/coding and do not know how to work with SQL or pHp. Any suggestions are appreciated.
