Cannot Log in to WordPress from site, Broken Theme

  • I would love anyone who can help with this.

    I am the owner and editor of The Awards Circuit (www.awardscircuit.com)

    I use Yahoo as my server. I may have by mistake changed on the URL addresses in my dashboard. I was looking for ways to correct it but I can’t log-in to my dashboard. When you click on my header link which brings you to (www.awardscircuit.com/main) the theme appears broken and not the way the homepage looks.

    Can someone please help?
