Cannot log in to website

  • Am trying to log into my company website via using /admin but after several attempts, I am now receiving this message:

    ‘This request has been denied for security reasons. If you believe this was in error, please contact support.’

    Neither myself nor my MD can log in to amend our website, and neither knows how to use phpmyadmin.

    Please can someone advise on how we can regain access to our website. I do not know what version of WordPress we are using.

  • Have you tried disabling all plugins via FTP / file manager?

    are you sure you use WordPress? I’m asking this because default WordPress admin is located at yourwebsite.com/wp-admin not at yourwebsite.com/admin as you mentioned, was that a typo?
