cannot log in – or reset password

  • hi – any help would be gratefully received.

    I couldn’t log in – and when I ask for a password reset – it sends me a reset email, but when I click on the link – the login page it takes me back to says ‘Invalid Key’.

    It’s an endless loop – and I can’t see a way out of it.
