I have tried everything, but cannot figure out how to log into the Tickets List page. I’ve created users – one as Support User and one as another type but with Support User as a secondary type. I registered using the Register feature. I’m not seeing any errors. Help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

None of the user rolls in your plugin can log into the login page for your plugin. Your login page appears when someone goes to /ticket-form/. No Support user role can log in there on my website. Instead, they get an authorization error from Google Captcha. The only conclusion I can come to is that your plugin has a compatibility issue with Google Captcha.

    Hi @earthnutvt,

That is a strange phenomenon since I was able to log into with a support user role I created in your site without problem. Could I try again with a support user role that you have created and try to duplicate? (If you send the details in the same way as before, I will be able to get them)

Here’s what I’d like to do. I’m pretty sure your plugin is interfering with Google Captcha. I’d like to purchase the $59 Power Pack that says it integrates Google Captcha. If that makes the plugin work, then great. If not, I’d like a refund because I still won’t be able to use the plugin. After that, I give up.
