Cannot locate reviews index

Hello, back again with a dumb question. Apologies in advance ??

I go to the plugin settings and it says my reviews index will be located at “my-site”.org/reviews, but when I try to go to that, it’s a 404. I was going to try and edit the look and feel of that page, but I cannot find it anywhere! or any setting that allows me to have them feed to a new page. Please let me know where I should be looking.
