    Hello.
    I’m afraid that something is wrong here – with method that you used to insert this shortcode, or with your PopUp, as link attribute there should be finished with PopUp ID, and it’s not in your case, it’s just:
    ref=”#ppsShowPopUp_”
    Can you tell me:
    1. You did this in your page content?
    2. You copied shortcode from existing PopUp edit page – to your URL link parameter in WordPress content editor?

    Thanks for the response,
    To answer both of your questions: Yes ?? Currently I am using the “[supsystic-show-popup id=101]” for the url link on the back end of the image. The idea is that you click the image and a popup with info comes up. I am using the same method with the text link as well.

    It is possible I am doing it wrong but I followed the instructions from the photo link that you can click next to the short code on the main tab in the plugin.

    Any help would he greatly appreciated.

    Hello.
    Last question – did you inserted there shortcode with quotes:
    “[supsystic-show-popup id=101]”
    or only:
    [supsystic-show-popup id=101]
    ?

    Without the quotes. Sorry I should have specified that in the last message. So to clarify I simple posted:

    [supsystic-show-popup id=101]
