Cannot load nggallery-manage-gallery.

I keep getting the above error after installation. Have uploaded everything again but to no avail. When I click on the NG tab under Manage, the previous tab is instead highlighted. The page loads fine, but when I try to click on manage or upload pictures I get errors.
