Cannot Load Network Users Tab Anymore

  • Hi there,

    I just noticed yesterday that I cannot login to my Network user tab anymore. All other tabs work on the network screen, but the https://mywebsite/wp-admin/network/users.php will just not load.I can access the users tab on all my sites, but not the network admin area. It just freezes up and gives me a 504 error.

    I have cleaned up a lot of users and tried again, and still no go. I use to have 3 times the amount of users and it would load, so I am not convinced its because of the amount of users I have. I also only load some at a time.

    I don’t get this as I noticed this only a few days ago and I visit this Tab in my network admin panel several times a month to delete spam users.

    Please help.

    No, thats the thing. It was working, but now I cannot get to that user tab, just on all the sites, not through the network. I just updated my network admin email and now the site gets redirected to another site I own on a different hosting, now I am very confused… https://prepky.com

    Any idea’s?

    Got the redirect fixed, just need to try and figure out how I can access my Users using the network control panel. Do you think it could be an email issue because I have changed my network email a few times.

    I also notcied now when accessing the wp_users on the database, I got the messgae – warning a form on this has over 2000 fields – What could that be? Do you think a user modified their profile and added lots pf spam which is causing the users tab not to load? I am throwing anything out there because I am not sure why I cannot access this area on my network dashboard

    I have tried changing my email in Phpmyadmin and once it all is done, its the same thing. Just cannot load that darn Users Tab in Network Admin area.

    Please help…
