cannot load a second header pic

  • I am using pro version and I am unable to upload a new pic to the header. It allows me to select a new photo in media but it locks up on the crop screen. Is this a bug? This is a fairly new issue- I haven’t had any trouble in the past.

    If you have uploaded the imaged smaller than the recommended size then, you might need to crop the image else if upload is of same or larger than the recommended size then, Skip Cropping should appear. So, can you once check on it and confirm? However, if that again does not work then, can you provide us any screenshot on the issue?
