    Hi, I am setting up the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin for one of my clients, like I have done many times before and noticed that it is requiring Instagram shopping to be setup, and configured. He does not qualify for Instagram shopping at this point, and there is no way to bypass this step. Are you able to assist? I expect this issue will be impacting any other new users too, who are unable to qualify for Instagram shopping at this point.

    Have you tried unticking the option to connect to Instagram

    Can you show an example? I didn’t see any option to not connect, and if there was an option I’d love to uncheck it.

    The option would show when setting up the extension. If they are not eligible for Instagram Shopping, it should be disabled by default, but in case it is enabled, please disable it and continue with the setup. Please see the screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/DzdT6T

    Getting him to try it now, you’re a bloody legend thanks! Text must have been too small to notice from my point of view. Usually I’d get them to do a real screen share rather than some dodgy mobile camera. I’ll let you know how it goes.
