Cannot issue refunds

Hello, I just created a new ecommerce website and I was testing everything to make sure it works. I made a purchase of my product on my own card to ensure everything worked and then it did. Then I had my girlfriend order a product to double check. After she ordered, WooPayments was disabled on my website as Stripe decided my account needs to be reviewed. I received an email today saying that the review is complete and I passed so I should be able to accept payments again. However, WooPayments is still disabled on my website. In the meantime I wanted to refund the test orders me and my girlfriend made, however, I am receving the following error when attempting to do so:
A refund of?23.44?failed to complete: Error: Could not process the account.
Please help me resolve this
