    Hi,
I have a facebook shop page. I am using Facebook for WooCommerce to integrate my website with the shop. But then I am getting an issue.
Although I do not have a Commerce Account, it is telling me the following
“Page is associated with a Commerce Account that is not eligible for Shops. Please visit Commerce Manager to disable the account before continuing.”

I am at this step, and can not go further : https://snipboard.io/16mri5.jpg

  • Hi @rengoeptar,

Thanks for sharing the error message you are seeing.

Could you please share links to both of your Facebook accounts?

I am wondering if you have any restrictions on availability or page visibility?

It does sound like Facebook is not recognizing your page as being eligible for a Facebook shop, rather than it being a specific issue related to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

Their support team will be best placed to explain what criteria are missing or help resolve this.

Let us know what they say!

    Hi @shrutiwpcom,
Thank you for the advice. Do you know how I can reach the support team of Facebook? Can you share the link?

    Kind Regards,

    Hey?@rengoeptar,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can reopen it again if you need be.
