Cannot integrate a product that is bundled to a downloadble product

    Hi, I have a product that I wanted to offer as both printable + downloadable. Every time I attach I add a downloadable product to a product that integrates with Printful, it doesn’t sync whenever a customer purchases it.

    I need this feature so badly. Can someone help me with some settings that I might need to do?

    For the last resort, I am willing to buy a plugin or do a code modification if someone can guide me on the right path?

    Hey,

    Printful only syncs products that have product type simple or variable and that are not checked as virtual or downloadable. If you need to attach a file download to the product you must do so using other methods. There might be a plugin out there that provides this feature, but unfortunately I will not be able to give specific recommendations.
