cannot install update

I tried to update the latest version, but get the following error:
Bijwerken mislukt: Download failed. cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: downloads.www.remarpro.comOn another site that is hosted elsewhere, the update went fine. Could it have to do with some settings at the hosting provider? That’s the only thing I can think of, as both websites are more or less the same as to the theme and plugins I used.
Can anyone help me find the solution?

Yep, that’s a general DNS issue with your hosting provider.
