Cannot install plugin

  • I have installed Gravity Forms and now I would like to install Gravity Forms PDF Extended.

    I have tried uploading from the zip file I downloaded onto my computer which didnt work so I tried to upload it by adding new plugin, searching and installing, I got the below error:

    “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Invalid archive”.

    Is there something I am doing incorrectly?

    I am only new at this so simple instructions would be amazing.
