Cannot install Jetpack Plugin

I can’t install Jetpack plugin for my blog

– Why not?
– Any Error message?
– What theme are you using?
– What version of WP are you using?
– Have checked your error logs?

It doesn’t do anything. Don’t get any errors. The downloading page is just blank.
I use Version 4.0.1 and theme ‘Blissfull Blog’

This theme is not in the WP official theme repository.
