cannot install a theme the theme loads only partial

hi i uploaded a theme called Clearday from magpress.com https://www.magpress.com/wordpress-themes/clearday.html when i select that theme the homepage is blank nothing is shown. im using wp 2.8.5 i dont know wats wrong im a newbie.
can anyone tell me wats wrongs ??
