Cannot insert images into page/post

  • My media library is full,but when i insert media – the box pops up but is empty. no images to choose from..

    Please help! i am not a developer there has to be a setting to change?? (fingers crossed)

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’re having trouble.Please check in media popup if “All Media Items” is selected from drop-down. https://goo.gl/rtId9P

    If it’s not the issue, please try switching to default theme.

    Also try to deactivate all plugins.
