Cannot insert image to my post

  • Hi everyone,

    All of a sudden, I found myself being unable to upload an image to my post. I uploaded a new image to the media library. When I insert the image in my post, it shows up, but when I click the Save Draft or Preview button, it disappears. This happens to two separate blogs I have.

    I tried to clear cache and disable all the plug-ins but that didn’t help. I am getting panicked. My website address is https://www.innerharmonynutrition.com.

  • Hi Chikakos,

    If you have already tried deactivating the plugins but didn’t help, you may want to check out your theme. Maybe try to switch to the WP default theme like “twentythirteen” and see if it helps.

    Ryan,

    Thank you so much for trying to help me.
    I haven’t tried switching to a different theme, but I just noticed that I could insert a page in Firefox but not IE9, so I don’t think it’s theme-related.

    I could live with this, but I wonder if there is anything I can do to get it to work again in IE.

    Oh I never use IE9 except the browser testing, so I didn’t pick it up ??

    I guess I should start using a different browser.
