Cannot insert image in post

  • Hi, I cannot insert an image in a post from the Media Lib. Tried using the Classic editor and Block editor.. click the “Add Media” button and it just clocks. I deactivated all plugins and tried again..same thing. If I simply go to MEDIA, I can list my images, but if I try to do the grid it just clocks. I’m running WP 5.3.2 Plugins I have are-Akimet,Classic Editor,WP Health,Meta Tag Mgr,WP File Mgr,Yoast SEO. All up to date.
    Not sure what to do next, any suggestions? thanks!! Mike

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

    It might be a conflict with your theme as well, so make sure you try the default theme if you aren’t already.
