Cannot Insert Forminator Form

Oh! and I just tried the Aweber form insert as an alternative and that does not work at all. Despite the button working and the form shortcode appearing in the list in preview nothing appears at all.

Seems like the Hustle popup is no longer present when I check your website, so I’m afraid, not sure whether I fully understand the issue you are facing.

If you are still looking for us to troubleshoot this further then please do share export of both your Hustle popup and Forminator form, so that we could further investigate and see what might be causing it.

You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or any such cloud services to share the export. Looking forward to your response.

Well, there is a good reason for that! No point in having a pop-up form displaying on the site that does not work is there? Very poor UX!

Also, you would not be able to see the fact that the button does not work although I appreciate you might hope to find something in Inspector but there are no errors appearing.

I have this working on a staging site https://ivelisemedina-staging.rvy380cv-liquidwebsites.com/ where you can at least see what appears and what happens when I add the Forminator form shortcode manually. The form appears and looks ok until you try to fill anything in, at which point the submit button disappears so there is no way to send the form. You might also note that the Country question on the form, which should produce a drop-down country list, also does not work.

One other point you might want to clear, as your document about adding the Form to Hustle does not clarify is whether Hustle is merely used as a means of display and that integration of the form with a mail client is required or that Hustle takes over and it is Hustle that needs to be connected to a mailing list, or maybe both??

If you can suggest a resolution I would be very happy. I can also give you access to the dashboard if you feel that might help solve these problems.

For starters, please do export both form and popup settings, upload these to a service like Dropbox and share the link here with us.

Now, considering what’s the proper setup.
Hustle can be used to create “empty” popups, in where you add any content you want, or integrate one newsletter service and integrate it via Hustle so you have a form to enlist your visitors to that list.
Forminator is a contact form plugin (with much more goodies), that’s mainly used to create forms where visitors are contacting you.

Could you please let us know what’s the end-goal here, so we can better advise on how you could use these?

As regards the proper setup I assumed that Hustle was being used basically as a carrier for the form so that there would not be a necessity or any point in having a Hustle Submit button.

This was another of the problems with the Forminator Form in that as soon as anything was entered into one of the boxes (ie name) the submit button disappeared leaving no means to submit the form after completion.

Hopefully with the above, it may be possible to resolve the issues. I am unclear if it is the Form or Hustle that is not working as it should.

I am afraid, I wasn’t able to check this further as the URL with the Forminator form export file does not have public access. Can you please allow public access to the file so that we can check this further?

I checked the Hustle pop-up and was unable to notice any issues. I tested the pop-up using a test form and was unable to replicate the issue.

Please let us know once the form export file is accessible so that we can check the issue further.

Thank you for providing the link.

I checked your staging site and was able to see the submit button not displaying after trying to enter data into fields. Checking further, I noticed the submit button(by using browser developer) was being hidden after entering data into the name field.

Importing the form you shared, I verified that the submit button has visibility conditions set in place and this is the reason why it is not displaying during your test. Please remove the visibility conditions that ties to the name field so submit button can display correctly.
