The Credit Card info forms (card number, CVC and Expiration) are non responsive on this page. You are only able to enter the cardholders name. Therefore, I am unable to collect donations.

I have connected Stripe, emptied the cache and made sure that in the settings/display options panel I have enabled the Default Give WP styles and floating labels.

Any help would be so appreciated!

Hi, Bailey. I took a look at your page and confirmed the issue you are describing with the credit card fields. Those specific credit card fields (card number, CVC, expiration) are inserted by the Stripe payment gateway which makes those fields extra secure and ensures that card details go directly to Stripe.

I currently see a console error that says:

Uncaught IntegrationError: The selector you specified (#give-card-number-field-null) applies to no DOM elements that are currently on the page.
Make sure the element exists on the page before calling mount()
```
This error suggests that Stripe is attempting to insert the credit card fields before the donation form is available on the page.

One step that might resolve the error is going to Dashboard > Donations > Settings > Advanced and change the Script Loading Location to Footer. This may allow the form to be added to the page first before Stripe attempts to add the card fields.

Please let us know if that change works. I will also pass this ticket to our development team in case there is any additional insight.

I have the exact same problem, and moving the loading location to the footer didn’t resolve the issue. I opened the page in a new private browser so the cache wouldn’t be an issue.
