Cannot Initialize V2.0.3

    Hi Folks,

    I installed V2.0.3 on my pc to test before trying again on my live site.

    It installed okay and when I went to ‘Add Media’ and clicked ‘Cloudinary’ tab, I got the blue page with “Please click here to log in using your username & password”

    However, when I clicked and inserted my email address and password, it just came back instantly to the same “Please click here to log in using your username & password” blue page. (I was already logged into Cloudinary website and plugin at the time.)

    If I clicked again, it just refreshed the page in 1/2 a second and back to the start again.

    After a few clicks and refreshes, the blue background went white and I got a ‘spinning’ black Cloudinary logo…. which would go on forever.

    As I cannot initialize, I cannot even test the V2.0.3 version at all, so cannot use it.

    I rolled back to V1.1.12 and all was well again. Didn’t even need to log back in.

    Look forward to a fix.

    Hi Angus,

    Can you kindly open a support ticket at [email protected] so we can investigate this further?
    If possible, please provide a screen recording of the issue along with Dev Tools opened showing both console and network tabs for any possible errors.
