Cannot initialise plugin without FTP? Really?

    Hi,

    The initialisation process copies a number of files. As such, we use the WP_Filesystem API which determines the best method for writing files. Generally, if WordPress determines your web server cannot correctly write files it will use a fallback option. In this case, FTP.
