Cannot Import to Self-hosted Blog

    I just created my self-hosted blog with WordPress, successfully.

    Then I tried to import my existing blog in WordPress.com and kept getting the error message: “Unable to create directory /home/francan/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?“

    What’s wrong?
