    Hi,
As lastly the new reviews are not imported automatically, from time to time I try to import them manually using the Advanced tab.
However, recently I’ve tried to do it and I find several issues:
    – dates are not imported any more
    – even if I add manually the dates, when I press the import button, I come back the initial Advanced tab

@charlyem I think the HTML layout has changed, so I’ll issue an update to the plugin that will address this soon.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi.
I have the same issue too. The manual import hasn’t worked for almost a month either. The automatic import hasn’t worked for almost a year. My disappointment with this plugin is growing.

@babufrik You’re always welcome to post here if you feel there’s a problem, particularly if it has continued for some time.

I’m working on a new release of this plugin that will address the HTML Import issue.

There is a automatic retrieval process that collects either relevant or new reviews using the Places API. If you haven’t received any additions to your catalogue for a year – have you had new or relevant reviews written for your business in this time? And have you looked at the Retrieved Data to see if there are reviews in there?

@charlyem or @babufrik, please can you email me a copy of your HTML Import text (as a text attachment) to wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com?

I am trying to replicate this error, but what I’m seeing is working as expected. I will need a version that you’re using to replicate and fix this issue.

As soon as that is done, I’ll release an updated version of the plugin.

@charlyem I have fixed the HTML Import in version 4.18.

@babufrik If you still have an issue with retrieving reviews, please create a new post and I will look into this separately.

    Hi,

I am trying to import more reviews (more than the 5 default) using the guide you provide on the Advanced tab. The issue is I do not see the same things as in your screenshot. There is not a popup when I am trying to see the reviews of my business and the HTML structure is completely different than the one you describe. There is not a div with class=”lcorif fp-w”.

    Any idea why?

@geoman87 If you have an accommodation type business, you’ll see a different layout.

You can still use the HTML Import by selecting the area that encloses the reviews.

If that doesn’t work, you can share your Place ID here.

@designextreme I do have an accomodation business type indeed.

I tried to take the the Outer HTML of the div that includes the Reviews but for me it is not working.

    My Place ID is: ChIJIZcJUEPvnBQR5J0xjBWcSJc

@geoman87 It is working for me. I am using the class v85cbc for your reference.

If that doesn’t work, please email me (see above) with your HTML (as a text attachment) and I’ll check this for you.
