Cannot import photo by instagram hashtag

Hey guys, I’m having the same issue too. Literally found and installed the plugin today, set everything up correctly and it doesnt pull anything into the site from instagram. The hashtags i am using are gigmann and gigmanniom. Im not too sure how to check to see if my PHP is set to uft8 as im not really a programmer. Please can someone one help as this plugin would be great for my business!

It’s now working but only pulled in one picture out of 12 available pics with the correct hashtags. I’ve chosen the lightbox shortcode option but unfortunatley when i click on the pic, it pops up empty!

Is there anyway you could have a short code that integrates grid view,the IG hashtags on show and also a working lightbox function which also shows the IG hashtags?? This would be perfect!

Can you first double-check to make sure you have UTF8 enabled?

Do you mind creating a new Support post for the Lightbox issue? We just want to keep the resolution threads on a single topic. In the meantime, we will try to replicate this one on our end, then get back to you once you’ve created a separate ticket.

yeh no worries. sorry the link you put up didnt really make sense to me as im not a major programmer. but it works now so not to worry. will set up a spearate ticket for you re lightbox and suggestions.
