Cannot import Customer CSV

    I am attempting to import a CSV of customer names. I formatted the columns using the Sample Customer CSV file as an example. I get this error message when I try to import:

    Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /home/mysite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/import-export-order-customer-csv/includes/import_csv_files.php on line xxx
    Rows : 4 ,13 ,17 ,27 ,32 ,36 ,39 ,46 ,47 ,50 ,53 ,54 ,60 ,63 ,67 ,75 ,76 ,79 ,91 ,99 ,103 ,104 ,115 ,117 ,120 ,126 ,128 ,138 ,158 ,171 ,176 ,177 ,178 ,179 ,213 ,215 ,217 ,222 ,229 ,231 ,233 ,235 ,239 ,251 ,265 ,278 ,286 ,289 ,290 ,292 ,297 ,319 are not imported. Please check Username and email can not not be blank !!

    And it doesn’t import anything! I have checked username and email for all records, and they all have values.
