cannot import csv

I cannot get a table to show when importing via csv. I’m using

‘[table file=https://marlowmums.com/wp-content/uploads/test1.csv”][/table]’

the file loads. Load csv option is checked. Normal easy table table functionality works fine ie not using import method.

As far as i can see i’ve stripped things right back to simplest form and csv wont load so bit stumped. When i say ‘wont load’ i mean nothing is displayed on page at all.
