cannot hide Woocommerce Order menu

For some reason, the ‘Orders’ left menu which relates to WooCommerce Orders cannot be hidden from the menu, despite the fact that I’ve checked it off for that user role. I’ve tried adding various custom slugs for it too (with the help of developer tools to find the relevant slug), but that doesn’t seem to work either. Maybe I’m not using the right slug.

Can you advise? Maybe you can find out what slug I should use? I tried various ones such as ‘shop-order’ and ‘wp-menu-shop-order’ without success.
