• Dear Frank,
first of all thank you for this key plugin. It is much appreciated.
I manage a multi author website, and of course I assigned privileges to different kind of users. I adopted adminimize to make the back end as clear as possible to basic authors, and it is almost fine.
However, there some elements in the post editor page that I am not able to hide. Please find here a screenshot exactly showing the issue:

In practice the issue is related to some website template options and to the boxes related to a plugin (Mapify pro).
Options related to the usability of Mapify are selected in the adminimize settings.
    How can I manage?

    Thank you,
    regards

    Pietro

  • I have sort of the same issue as Pietro. With a Genesi theme set up I want to hide the metaboxes for SEO and Genesis Layout options. Adminimize recognizes these metaboxes, but they are still visible to all user roles.

Of course I can edit the functions.php to remove them, but I would be nice to have the plugin take care of that.

Me too! Pls let me know.
It is possible to set the hide/show in the cp but then also if yousen with hide, it remains shown…
