Cannot hide Appearance > Customize, or Appearance > Background

  • For an editor role, I am trying to only allow Appearance > Widgets, but Customize and Background also are shown even though they are disabled in Settings > Adminimize > Menu Options > Appearance Group.

    Does anyone have any solution to hiding Customize and Background?
