Cannot give 5 star review

  • Customers cannot give my products a 5 star review. When five stars is selected the final review will always show four stars. Four star review also gives a four star review.

  • Hi Climbirish. I tried reviewing one product on your site https://themaddenhouse.com/product/6-in-1-solar-science-kit#comment-37 and indeed it showed 4 stars when I actually gave 5 star review.

    I tried to replicate it on my local but could not. Please try following:

    1. Update WoCommerce to 2.6.7 (Your current version is 2.6.6) & check if it still happens.
    2. (If #1 does not help) Change the theme to default theme and see if it still happens.
    3. (If #1 & #2 does not help) Try deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and keep testing.

    If it works with default theme and with WooCommerce as the only active plugin then some other plugin or your current theme may be causing this issue.

    Do let me know how it goes.
