cannot get widget to move to navigation tab

i am very new to wordpress and i recently installed the league manager plugin. i am having an issue putting the plugin on my website. currently, i can use the widget and put it in my website in a sidebar, but i cannot get anything more than the teams to show up with their standing int the sidebar. i found on youtube a demo where the plugin automatically installs to your navigation. any help getting getting the install done so i can have pages and navigation tabs would be great…. currently this is my site with the widget: https://www.scorersedge.com
