Cannot Get to Dashboard after Loggin In

Perhaps it’s a theme conflict, or maybe a recent update, but we’re having issues now where TML forces a double login and redirects oddly for Administrators regardless of whether Redirection is used or not.
Like other past users, if re-directed back to the front of the site, links in the Admin Tool Bar get directed in a loop (and appear to automatically log you out, forcing a log back in): https://somedomain.com/login/?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.somedomain.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
This also happens from the Links provided by TML on it’s Login/Logout Pages, but for some reason if you log in twice, on the second time it will allow you to go to the dashboard.
Any ideas?
