    Hi there,

I had an error on my site with the Woocommerce Analytics. I made a conflict test and found out that I could not re-activate Pixel Manager for WooCommerce at all. It just keep on loading and crashes after a couple of minutes.

There is no errors in the debug.log directly related to the plugin. Nor any fatal errors at all.

All plugins + WP is completely updated.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

    Best Regards,
    Peter B. Stidsen

    Hi @pstidsen,

    Thank you for your patience!

I understand that you aren’t able to reactivate the PMW on your site. Let’s get this sorted out.

Have you tried reinstalling the Pixel Manager? Rest assured that this won’t affect any of your saved data as it’s already saved in your site’s database.

Having said that, please make sure to create a backup of your site to avoid any potential crashing.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi @aaronvincentlee,

I have tried to delete the plugin and upload a clean version from www.remarpro.com. Still the same issue.

    Best Regards,

    HI @pstidsen,

I understand. However, it would be difficult to determine the root cause of the issue if there are no error logs we can look into.

Please send us a support ticket here so we can look into it further. See: https://sweetcode.com/support/

    Hi @pstidsen,

After a thorough examination of the situation, it appears that the matter may be attributed to a server-related issue, especially considering that the concern is unique to your install.

To expedite the resolution process, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Pixel Manager Upload via FTP: please try uploading the Pixel Manager using FTP. In some instances, this method proves to be more reliable than utilizing the internal function of WordPress.
    2. Error Log Investigation: Kindly request your server administrator to look into the server’s error logs. This will provide valuable insights into any potential anomalies or issues that may be affecting the functionality.
    3. Trial on a Different Server: As an additional troubleshooting step, we propose testing the Pixel Manager on a different server. This will help identify whether the issue is specific to the current server environment.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, and we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for your replies.

    1. I have tried to install and activate both through FTP and WP core.
    2. There is a line in the access log which is attached to the submitted support form.
    3. I assume it will work. However, the site is huge and therefore hard to transfer and find sufficient hosting space for at another server.

    Best Regards,
    Peter

    Hi again,

Deactivating and reactivating the Object Cache in Litespeed solved the issue.

Strange but nice to get solved.
