Cannot get sidebars to show up

    The plugin seems to be installed correctly and the option to choose a new sidebar shows up in my pages. I can create a sidebar name in the page and then go to widgets where I added a text and custom menu widgets to the new sidebar. No matter what I do, the default sidebar is still showing up in the sidebar and not the new sidebar. Help! I so need this to work.

    To add to the above: If I go into quick edit for the page, it shows that default sidebar is still being chosen. I try to change it to the new sidebar and its still stays the same (default_sidebar)
