Cannot get rid of redirection error

I was building a redirect and it autofilled with another webpage. Fixed and it persists in redirecting to that web page. Deleted it and rebuilt it – still redirecting.
How do I fix this?
I did a check – it works fine – I test it from the redirect list it works fine
https://www.superpupcalendar.ca/store/ffdglbc should redirect to
https://www.superpupcalendar.ca/ffdglbcbut instead goes to: https://heronsgate.ca/
