Cannot get plugin to work

This plugin was a total waste of time. After installation I couldn’t add USPS to any shipping methods and could not get it to show in the cart during checkout. It appears the author hasn’t been around for at least 2 years. I’ve asked for support and as of this review it has been five days with no reply. This is costing me lost revenue.
